Supervision of Construction for lending Agencies
From planning right through to you moving into your new home we will supervise the works from start to finish making several site visits as the works progress. We can provide interim certificates to the lending agencies for draw downs on the mortgage. We are a member of Engineers Ireland and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance for all services we provide.Legal Mapping
If you are selling, buying or wish to transfer a plot of ground to a different name we will carry out a detailed survey of the plot in question to ensure a smooth transfer of ownership. We can also help you deal with boundary disputes.Safety statements and risk assessments
Safety is the number one priority in all industries and as such all companies are required to have a Safety Statement and Risk assessments of there premises or work procedure in place. Whether it be for a hotel to a Farmyard, or the Construction Industry. For the likes of construction you are never working in the same place and in this instance a Site Specific Safety Statement and Risk assessment are required. We will carry out an assessment of the Site and the works to be undertaken and compile these documents to ensure you are meeting your requirements for Health and Safety. Also as these jobs progress, working methods may change and the document needs to be updated to implement these changes.
